DISCO ESGOTADO -Este segundo disco do Maracau Nação Encanto da Alegria se deve à importância, sobretudo histórica, dos membros deste grupo popular de Pernambuco, especialmente de Mestre Toinho, hoje o principal elo entre o passado e o futuro da tradição dos Maracatus de Recife, e é fruto da articulação do grupo para registrar mais uma coleção das toadas quase esquecidas da sua história. O que está registrado neste disco também é a velha escola do Maracatu, em um batuque mais lento e que resiste a um mundo cada vez mais acelerado. Os Maracatus estão inseridos nas transformações culturais do nosso tempo enquanto resistem à banalização do legado da sua música e tradições seculares.
